Hey. I wondered if it's possible for me to read reviews of different products of the same user? Like I found this one reviewer, and I like her review style. It's just so informative, so I want to know what other products she's using and her take on it. Is it possible? @SephoraBIC

I'm so sorry we missed your post! @danielledanielle is right - reviews used to be visible from the Community profile but it is not at this time. The removal of the Ratings & Reviews summary page on Community profiles is something that we are aware of and is the unintended result of some Ratings & Reviews and Questions & Answers improvements Sephora has been making behind the scenes. We are working on a better user experience for accessing and viewing reviews from the profile page. We apologize for the inconvenience of no longer having a summary page, and we hope to be able to bring it back soon.

@DaneeBT   Is that also why a number of products seem to have had their product reviews wiped? Some of them are long-established products that I would have expected to have thousands of reviews, but instead they seem to be starting over.

Thanks for the reply! Hopefully, it's back up soon. I'm just the type that reads tons of reviews before purchase. When I like someone's review style cuz they have the same problem as me, I just want to dive further!

@TaraJPL @The review section under member’s profile are being revamped at the moment. There used to be a review section you could click on. 

like the other member stated the quickest way to see reviews from that same member is to go to their profile page and scroll all the way down till you see reviews which will be after their posts and after featured photos.

When I clicked, there's no reviews after featured photos. Perhaps because I'm a new member. ;w; But thank you so much for your reply!

Review numbers used to be visible from the profile, but that's being revamped 🤷🏽‍♀️🤞🏼

You can still see some reviews from the profile, just scroll down.  I would suggest opening the review in a new tab, so you can toggle back and forth @TaraJPL , not the easiest way, but a way.

When I clicked on her profile. It just came up with groups, posts, and photos. That's it. There's no review section towards the end. ;w;. But thank you so much for your reply. Let's hope the review numbers will be revamped soon!
