Problems with my Play Box.

I was so excited about getting my first Play box! I'm so disappointed with it. The touch of sol exploded over everything in my bag. Also I received an email with a sneak peak of what was in MY box but got completely different items. I was hoping to really like this subscription since I wasn't to sure about it but it looks like I'm canceling it.

I am very sorry for the confusion. To clarify, not all PLAY! Boxes are the same and do not always contain the same items that are in the sneak peek. I know this can be frustrating and we appreciate the feedback you have provided. I will forward this to our PLAY! Team for consideration as well. Thank you.
