Problems with last 3 orders in a row.

Hello, I have had problems with my last three orders in a row. Today I received two boxes. One of the Hourglass foundation sticks was rolled up a full turn into the lid and the top portion of the stick is smooshed up inside the lid (second time this has happened too). It’s not rolling up and down now. The second box had zero samples, and the first order was the Bite lip party prep kit. The bottle was open, each product was loose in the box, and the lip scrub leaked all over the other products. I just became Rouge, but I’m just about to give up. I’m starting to feel nervous instead of excited when I get a Sephora box.
