Problems with LSO shipping

Hi beauties, does anyone else have problems with LSO shipping? They are absolutely horrible, terrible service, lose my packages all the GD time, and don’t have any kind of customer service whatsoever. I have emailed complaints multiple times, and tried calling to never ever have anyone pick up ever despite what they say on their website about speaking to a live rep. I seriously wish Sephora would stop using them, they are HORRID!!! anyone else have problems with them too??

LSO shipping lost another package. The items I got were last chance. Sephora used to have another provider, UPS. AND I never had a problem with them. But now with LSO shipping, it's odd that I hear " I received my package." On a shipping review website LSO shipping seems to be about to be in a lawsuit soon. Hoping sephora switches to a new provider for their shopping needs.

Yes, I too have nothing but AWFUL experiences with LSO. Contacting Sephora’s customer service about it is a waste of time. I placed an order on August 29th, LSO delivered it to the wrong house 🙄. I’m STILL waiting on my re-shipment. I’m getting really tired of this crap….

I’ve had so many issues with LSO that I’ve stopped shopping at Sephora online because I know they won’t stop using this horrendous service.

Never had any issues when Sephora used proper hopping services like UPS or even USPS. But LSO is a disaster. I’m so traumatized that I’ve made sure never to purchase anything online from Sephora again until they stop using this service.

@SLee9121 This is similar to Ontrac in the US, which Sephora uses and people complain a lot about.  Have you done chargebacks on your credit card or contacted Sephora about it through phone or email?

I have read about others having the same issue with that shipping company.

Definitely have reported lost missing stolen packages; never delivered but marked as delivered packages; LSO had the balls to mark the package as delivered to front door, while I was sitting on my patio and I watched the notification go off. They seriously need to go out of business and stop lying and stealing. I really really really hope they go down, I really do. Horrible stupid company that can’t do their jobs, the bare minimum ugh
