Problems with Fleet Optics Delivery

Since sephora changed shipping companies to Fleet Optics I have only had problems. I made an order November 1, and the original delivery date was November 11. This is quite a bit longer than previous shipping times. My order was received by the shipper November 2 but has not since moved. It is past my delivery date and my estimated date of arrival is just “on the way.” Furthermore the tracking on the sephora website is different than fleet optics. I enjoy shopping at sephora but the experience with shipping may cause me to shop elsewhere.

Thank you, I was able to contact customer service and I have had great support from Sephora customer service. I hope sephora reconsiders their shipping contracts…
