Problems Paying my Sephora Credit Card Bill

I cannot log into Comity to pay my Sephora card AT ALL.  When I try to log in using the correct username and password, I am told that the account does not exist.  Again, I have tried multiple devices and different browsers.  This problem has been going on for at least three months.  I have to call now to pay my bill!  I am fairly certain that this problem has something to do with the fact that I have an Ulta credit card, also issued by Comity, and the way Comity has set things up you cannot log into two different accounts.  It's too complicated to get into here.  I've called Comity multiple times, I've called Sephora multiple times.  The problem is resolved by them sending me a link to reset my password, but the next time I go to log in (WITH THAT RESET PASSWORD) it does not recognize the user name or password and tells me the account does not exist. 

(I never have any problems logging into my Ulta account on the Commity website presumably because I had that one first.)

So now I have to either call or mail in a check to pay my monthly bill.  (And yes, I have tried easy pay and that doesn't work either.)  I am so frustrated that I am thinking of canceling the Sephora card even though I enjoy the perks which is why I am letting you know about this.
