Problem with redeeming perfume voucher

Hi,

I recently purchased a travel size perfume sampler (Sephora Favorites: Spa Day Scents) and the one I was going to redeem my voucher for, Arizona bloom from Floral Street, is showing up a different sku # online than on the voucher card (even though it’s the exact size and scent that is listed on the voucher) so when I put it in my basket it isn’t able to redeem it. It is sold out at all Sephoras within 20 miles of me so online is my only way to purchase. Is there anyway I can still get this product? I also want to add that none of the other scents were appealing to me so I wouldn’t want to waste the voucher on getting another scent I won’t enjoy.

Hi, @arileerun !  Make sure the certificate has not expired.  Then call customer service.  I looked at the set; and you are correct, the set contains a eau de parfum, which is what you tagged.  Of course it doesn't show the cert and codes for obvious reasons.
