Problem with points being added, etc.

Hello! I placed two orders back on January 1 and I only received points for one of those orders. Also, that order amount has not been figured into my requalification for Rouge (my profile says “you are $xx toward Rouge” (paraphrase) and it does not include my spending on both orders). I believe this purchase was made when there was a message on the site about updating the Insider program and that points, etc. would be updated later, but it hasn’t been fixed. Any help you all could offerwould be much appreciated! Thank you! ETA: The order for which I haven’t received points (or credit toward qualification for next year) is # and the total was $50.
