Problem with my order - AGAIN!

Hey, it is now the second time that my order is canceled. The last time I had to place my order 5 times. Now I have the problem again. My status is Unsuccessful Authorization. But I did everything exactly like the last time when my order was successful. So I don't know what the problem is. I'm very disappointed.

Can someone please help me with that? Thank you.
