Problem with delivered shipment

I had quite a few orders from last week and I have finally received them all however I am missing an item from one of my shipments. My shipment was very very late and I am quite upset that it was missing items after being late. I'm worried about ordering any more sets off-line if they're going to be missing items. Can someone please get back to you about my order? Thanks in advance. I am very excited about becoming a rouge member with my next order.
