Problem with Clarins GWP

I ordered the Clarins double serum GWP. Received only a.9 ml sample size, not the promised 9ml trial size. This is extremely disappointing. The website and my order both clearly say 9 ml trial size. The website still offers that. I ordered at this time explicitly for the purpose of that GWP. Please let me know what happened.
