Private messages

I am trying to send a private message and it is saying I have reached my maximum amount for today. But I Haven’t sent any. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.

@LaurieBT  I signed out and signed in it didn’t work but I did download the app and it finally sent from the app! Thanks for your help!!
