Prices not accurate

I am trying to place an online order using the sephora app. When I went to check out all the items in my cart had increased by $10.00. I exited the app and tried to use the regular site. When I went to check out on the site the prices were wrong, 3 items were out of stock and said they couldn't be shipped to Canada - I don't live in Canada. What is going on!?!
