Price adjustment in Canada

Hello,

 

I just ordered a ton of makeup online last night. This morning I got a text saying I can get 10% if I order through the app. I chatted with an associate online and they said it was too late to cancel my order so I could order again and get the discount. Is there any way to get a price adjustment? It was seriously less than 24 hours since I made my purchase. Thanks!

Hi there, I recently just purchased two items online and now they are both listed as cheaper than when I bought them. It’s been two days since I placed the order. Live chat was no help as they said Sephora Canada doesn’t do price adjustments. One of them was a gift set and has been opened and gently used. The second has not been taken out of packaging, so I know I could return it and order again, just hoping to save myself the hassle. Please let me know if you can help

Hi @zoedam1, I'm happy to look into this further. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
