Price Adjustment

I purchased in VIB sale earlier in November, and now several items are on sale for like 50% off! I contacted the customer service but they could not offer me price adjustment. They only offer price adjustment for purchase within seven days. It is so unfair! During this pandemic, the shipping is delayed and I just received the product shortly. I can’t return these and buying them on a cheaper price since everyone is in quarantine and to be honest this move is not okay! I am so mad that sephora customer service can’t make any exception in this pandemic. And for now on I will not purchase anything during VIB sale👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This is not helping. My point is during this pandemic, given 7 days is too restricted! I also saw that someone post that she got her price adjustment with something she bought within a month!
