Pretty upset about the package today

I received my order today and the lid from the cleanser is missing. Pretty sad because it was for my trip in a week. I hope they send the replacement in time. Why would someone pack the bottle without a lid? And clearly they knew it because they put it in a plastic bag so it doesn’t leak.

Yes, I have called and waiting for replacement but it’s not been shipped yet, and I’m leaving country in a week. I just hope my order will arrive on time. Thank you, please do share the feedback.
