Postal Code not valid?

I've been trying to place my order for three days now and the site is not accepting my postal code. It accepts that it is an actual mailing address but will not accept it as the address on my credit card. Called customer support yesterday and they were not able to fix it, they said to keep trying again later. It's getting frustrating as I would like to order ASAP considering the delay in shipping because of coivd 😕
