Postage to uk

Hi there, my partner has been trying to place an order with your store. All goes well until she gets to the basket/checkout and there is no option to ship to the UK. We have both checked the relevant pages but there is only options for US and Canada. When she tries to set a shipping address, it is impossible to enter the details. We can't select UK and the postcode/zip box only accepts numbers so we can't enter our postcode. She has tried to pay either by PayPal or card but nothing works. 

Can you please advise us how we can make an order for sending to the United Kingdom?

You will need to click on the 'Ship International' button at checkout and also you will need to do so on a desktop and non mobile device. Thanks!

On the "basket" page, there is a red button for US checkout, with the paypal button under that. Under both of those buttons should be a small "Ship International" link. Use that for shipping to the UK.

I believe that button only appears on the full website, not the app or mobile website. Good Luck!
