Possible lost package

I placed a order on December 7th 2020, I received tracking and everything seemed on track/fine. I know it was the holiday season and a lot of stuff going on so I assumed it would arrive late. However, I received the last update for tracking as stated,” In Transit, Arriving Late” for December 16th. I haven’t received any other tracking info at all. I’m worried the package has been lost or something has happened. I’ve been waiting for these products for a while. It was also quite a bit of money spent and I’d just like to know where my package is and if it be I don’t get it, will I get a refund or my order sent again?
