Porch thief - gift card

I ordered a Sephora gift card from Amazon and they have a photo of it on my daughter's porch on November 22, 2024. However she never received it and called today to ask me when she should expect to receive it. This was a birthday present and I now have a very disappointed granddaughter.

I have no way to report the card using its number since we never had it our hands to read the number, so of course there is no way you can see if and when the funds were used.

Now I will have to send her money electronically to replace this.

Is there any way to trace this and refund the card's value to me?
