Poorly packed items

I received a box yesterday with all small items rattling around, with one wadded up piece of kraft paper. 3 items had rattled out of the box.

i paid for flash shipping; next order will be from Amazon or elsewhere. Really disappointed.

I too am starting to get packages POORLY packaged, crumpled up paper with items rattling around.  I will sometimes get my items shipped in the traditional way Sephora used to ship items, with the nicely folded paper on the bottom and then on top where my expensive items were secure and packed with care, now it's 50/50 that I get that.  To add, when items are poorly packed often there are missing items, wrong items, and usually no samples.  What is going on Sephora?
