Poor package handling and delivery

My package was delivered today and I only realized because I was looking at my security cameras for something else. The Fleet Optics driver/delivery person walked about halfway up my walkway (its very short - perhaps 5m) and just threw my package at my house. It bounced off the wall and rolled in front of the door. 

He didnt bother to knock or anything, and seeing how he delivered on the camera made me so mad. While nothing in my package was damaged, I cant say the same for others if they had glass bottles. 

Please do better!
