Poor customer service

Has any other rouge member had trouble with Sephora customer service? One of my $1200 packages got lost in the mail and Sephora is telling me there is NOTHING they can do as it’s been “30 days within the return window”. I never received any of my products worth $1200. I’ve been a rouge member for 5 years now. Wondering if anyone else has had issues and if there was any way they were resolved? I’ve tried contacting customer service with no luck!
