Poor customer service

I have tried several times to buy products at the Scottsdale Quarter Sephora. This time will be the last. I waited in line for 20 minutes. (I was second in line) There was only one cashier and at least 8 other employees on the floor. When I asked if there was a second employee checking people out, she said to go to the front of the store. When I did so the very rude woman with long cherry red hair said they were short handed and  so I’d have to go the line at the back of the store again. By that time there were 5 more people in line still waiting behind the same customer that I was behind. Shorthanded? There were more employees than customers. The employee at the front door then proceeded to make a snide remark as I left the store. As I said, I have tried this location several times. A large number of the  employees are rude, slow, and snobby. And I am talking about all if your stores whether in Seattle, LA, Bend, New York, Scottsdale, etc. I will be switching to Ulta after 20 years.
