Poor customer experience, embarrassing service standards!

I sent in an email 2 weeks ago to inform the customer service team at Sephora of the horrific treatment I received at your Sephora store in Fairview Mall, Toronto, Ontario but have no had a response. As an avid shopper I would have expected a response but now I am wondering if you value your customers at all??? Went in to return a YSL cologne and was given the third degree and even had an LP person come out and speak to me on the sales floor in front of the line up of customers...the most embarrassing experience of my life! Disgusting treatment by a store that is seeming to make up its own policies and not adhere to the corporate ones!!!
