Points?

Hi~~

does anyone know what happened to the royal points?

I thought they won’t expire, but I just found out that my points were all gone…. There should be 2xxx pts in my account, and I was planning to get some full size products, small size of perfumes, or a professional makeup class (which needs more pts). I haven’t use them cuz my work got transferred to an oversea site a lot few yrs ago, and each vacation back to the states was too short to shop around. Finally back to the states for a really long break, suddenly found out my points were all gone…😭😭

is there any way for reviving the points?

@coffeenono Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year. I will take a look and will send you a PM.

@coffeenono @If you read the terms and agreements, The points expire in a year if you don’t use them.
