Points

Recently I had a beauty insider card and it wasn’t set up with my account, so I had points on both the card and my account, and I just recently had them all transferred to my account so I could have the VIB status, since I knew I met the requirements, and I had over the amount needed for the VIB status, yet it still told me I needed over 100 points to get it and I am still the rookie status. I just recently got the beauty insider card and recently made my account, so I’m not sure how to fix this.
