Hi @Farha1 If you made the purchase online or in one of our freestanding stores, you should see your points update shortly after the purchase. If you made the purchase in one of our stores inside JCPenney, it can take up to 48 hours to update.

So I don't see any update on my status. I have been purchasing quite a few items in store and don't see any of the updates. Can you please look at my card, I don't think it's matching my card I use online. The card number I show in store is the following. ------------. My receipt today was a total of 178.54.
