I ordered recently from the Sephora collection, and applied the 4X point promotion. Then when I placed the order it said that I only got 30 points, which is how much I spent. it didn’t give me the 4X points that I spent $14 worth of Sephora collection on ( I got something that was 16 dollars from a different brand)

I’ve waited 24 hours and it still only gave me 30 points. I am also 100% sure that I used the 4x points for Sephora collection promotion on the order.
