  •  hi I was just wondering if this is normal but I just randomly checked my Sephora account and saw that all my points were gone??!! I refreshed my page and checked my shephora emails and it stated I had 250 points, but when I checked my account it said I had 0?!! I just am wondering what should I do about this? PLZ HELP😭😱
