I have been using this particular card for my insiders memberships in store on multiple occasions. Last time I was in sephora I had 2000 points, I tried to use this card to make an account but it wouldn’t read my barcode so I entered it manually and made an new account and now I have no points online. I am very sad and I really hope I didn’t screw my account can someone PLEASE help me resolve this.
