If I have 90 points and I need to return something that was worth $120 and Sephora gave me 180 points for that,can I still return it and I’ll have negative points??? How does it work??

Hi @PauMtz21,

I can see that you're currently a Rouge client. Please keep in mind that Rouge clients earn 1.5 points per dollar, which is why you received 180 Beauty Insider points for that purchase. If you plan to return the item that didn't work out for you the points will get deducted resulting your Beauty Bank to appear in a negative balance. As you make in-store or online purchases the points will accumulate, however when you are returning items the points do get removed. I hope this clarifies!
