Points went missing and cannot login to account

PLS HELP! What happend to Sephora app? Why all of a sudden point went missing and account appread to be null? OMG I have racked up points for a year! this is insane 😭😭😭

All my points are gone - 1600 and my rouge status is gone and asking me to sign up again I'm super shocked right now.
