Points used by someone else?

I got an order confirmation email tonight for an order I didn't make! It looks like someone used all of my points ($10 reward + a deluxe sample). I was unable to cancel the order, but did change my password, removed the address they used from my saved addresses, etc. I'd really just like to have the order cancelled (because thieves don't deserve to be rewarded!) and have my points back.
