Points to spending history

hi! I placed an order at kohls and I contacted customer service to get my BI points added but they didn't add it to my purchase total, is there any way someone can fix that?

Hi @sandyyyguo, thank you for reaching out! Due to system limitations, we're unable to make any modifications to your annual spend. However, the missing purchase will be taken into consideration for any tier status upgrades. For example, clients reach VIB when they spend $350 in one calendar year, and Rouge when they spend $1,000 within one calendar year. Once you are within that threshold including the missing purchase amount, we can assist with upgrading your tier status.
