Points stolen…

I just made a purchase in store and was told my points balance was super low… I logged in to check my balance in the app and can see that someone who is NOT me deducted 2500

points for $100 reward a month ago. I’m sick over this as it means my Sephora account was hacked, not to mention other accounts that could have been compromised too. Any idea how to rectify this???
