Points stolen and email changed

Warning to everyone :
Someone changed my email and stole all my points last night.  When I found out this morning, I called customer service and was told the system was down. I ended up using live chat!  Sephora was able to respond fairly quickly!  So, thank u.  However, isn’t it Sephora’s responsibility to make sure all customers information are secured?  The time it take to check all of my bank accounts is time lost !  Never mind the panic feeling!

@Platolove I'm so sorry to hear that this happened and I'm glad to hear it has now been resolved. Please make sure you have updated your password to a unique password that is not shared with any other account.

I have changed my passwords multiple times. At this point, it is Sephora‘a responsibility to upgrade securities. Will shop less or not at all at Sephora at this point.  Point is nothing compared with time dealing with Acctounts Hack,
