Points reward not showing up

I've been trying to complete the challenges and the one for make a purchase on the app doesn't seem to be registering when I've made two off the app and still no points showing as pending or completed. My last order was on the app for the pick up and order online so it was an obvious app order. Could someone assist to get me my 100 points?
