Points removed from account without warning!

I have read several other posts similar to mine -- last week, I went to purchase makeup on Sephora.com and realized that ALL of my points had been deleted due to account inactivity during 2020 (without warning). I find this abhorrent that Sephora would eliminate customer loyalty points in the height of a global pandemic -- heaven forbid that people are unable to make makeup purchases on schedule during this unsettling time. As a healthcare worker, I find this especially egregious. I think that I, and the MANY others in the same shoes, would greatly appreciate our points being replaced in our account.

Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year. Additionally, an email was sent out notifying our clients of this information.
