Points not showing up

I have had two trips to my local Sephora inside jcpenny recently and given my beauty insider information to receive points but have not had my points go into my account. I have the receipts from both trips so I was wondering if there is someone I could get into contact with to get the points on my account.

I thought points didn’t apply to jcp sephora stores. I could be wrong tho.
