Points not showing up online

I regularly shop at Sephora and none of my points ever add up on my online account. My card and my account are connected. They say at the store I have 300+ points but when I look online it only says 140. And I did some shopping last Saturday, but it's not showing up online (both the order and the points) Someone helps please!
