Points not added after I finished profile editing

I've finished my profile about a week ago but never get the 50 points. Is there something else I need to do to be able to receive it?

Upon review, I can confirm 30 Beauty Points were added to your account for completing your profile under eye, skin, and hair. Please feel free to complete your entire profile to receive your full 50 Beauty Points 🙂

I finished everything already. I've got profile pictures and my color iq. Everything is filled
