Points gone

I was waiting for this spring sale to make a big purchase and use my points and I noticed they are all gone.I had almost 3000 and have been saving my points for years for something good. Most the time I already have the items that you can redeem your point on. This is really frustrating. Especially when we couldn’t really get out for two years with the pandemic. I’m very disappointed with Sephora. I’ve spent a lot of money to earn those. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Points will only expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. You can keep your account active by making a purchase, or redeeming a reward, or the birthday gift, or a gift card within a year. I'll look into this further and I'll send you a message.
