Points for Sephora at Kohls?

I purchased something from Sephora at Kohl’s online from the Kohl’s website. Is there any way to get points credit for that purchase?

I have looked and looked, and see no private messages setting in the Community settings— not using the app, just the browser.

What do you need me to send so I can get points credit for the purchase I made from Sephora/Kohls?

Thanks. I’ve tried that, but with no success. 
I’ve found the Sephora website to be really hinkey for a while now. I’ll try updating the settings again with a different browser on a laptop. In the meantime, is there any way I can get points for the purchase I made from Sephora at Kohls?
