Points expired :(

I had 4000 points that just expired this year. I never received any communication that my points will expire.  I was out of the country and didn't use my account for a year. Is there any way to get them back 😞

@ddubs11, my apologies, points only expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active, you must make a purchase, redeem a Rewards Bazaar item, or the birthday gift, within a year. If you believe there has been a mistake, please let us know.

I understand that. However there was no communications sent to indicate that the points were expiring.  I was out of the country and didn't know this was happening. Is there someone I can talk to to get help on this

@ddubs11 I'm not able to reply to your PM, as they are not enabled on your side. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser.
