Points expired

I didn’t know points expired! I had over 2000 points. Is there a way to get them back? Please help! I’ve been saving them for so long!

@VivaNoLaDiva Sorry to hear that! Points expire if they are inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year. I'll be happy to take a look into this then send you a message.

@grace1112 Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year. I will send you a PM.
