Points expired

I recently stopped by Sephora to purchase some items and noticed that all my points have vanished! I have accumulated these points for the past decade and to know that they disappeared because of “inactive activity for 12 months” is disheartening. I have been a loyal customer at Sephora since I was 16 before the brand blew up to the recognition it has today. For the past year, covid has hit hard in the state that I live and everything (and I do mean everything that’s not essential) has been closed. In a global pandemic you would think that Sephora would understand why their customers are not buying makeup when millions are dying and people are being laid off. 


Honestly, if I can’t get the points that I have spent the last decade throwing thousands of dollars at, I would be more than happy to take my business to ulta. At least I would get better customer service than what I have received.
