Points don't match!

Hi,

I just got my beauty insider card a month ago when I made a purchase in store. I earned 74 points. Then I opened an account with the same email address I provided in store, and the points weren't showing. I made an online purchase, got points for that, but the first 74 were still missing. I called customer service, I went to a store to talk, and no one was able to help me. When they checked my account, it had all the points I ever accumulated, but when I login online (both website and app), those first points are still missing and I can't retrieve them!

Please help 🙂
