Points disappeared?

I just reached Rouge Saturday and had around 1500 points. Today the app and website recognize my Rouge status, but my points are at 0. I looked at similar topics which reference maintenance done at the beginning of the year. Is anyone else experience missing points?

Hi everyone! Sorry for the confusion! Our Beauty Insider system was temporarily down for maintenance last night. I recommend logging out and back in to your account, and you should be able to see your points now. Thanks!

Mine are missing too! I had 1000 points!! I pray it’s a glitch! I’m thankful I’m not alone though!

I had the same issue this morning. My points are at zero also. Hoping it's a glitch.
