Points disappeared

I logged into my account to check the new birthday reward, and all my points disappeared. I tried logging in and out, using Chrome and Firefox and didn't help

I am very sorry for the confusion. Your points and status should now be showing correctly on your Sephora account. Please log out and then log back in to see the update. Omg mine too! It keeps trying to get me to sign up for rewards. I just got rouge this year. I'm freaking out
